Anti-fraud guidance

Stay safe from recruitment fraud

Fake government job scams are common. A few simple habits keep you safe — and MediJobs is built to make verifying a notice easy.

Always verify on the official domain

Before applying, open the institution's official website yourself and confirm the notice. Every MediJobs listing links straight to it — and the official domain is shown on the job.

MediJobs never collects fees or documents

We are an aggregator, not a recruiter. We never ask for application fees, payments, or your documents. Official application fees, if any, are paid only on the institution's own portal.

Beware of payment & offer-letter scams

Government recruitment never asks for advance payment for an offer letter, a 'registration fee' over WhatsApp, or money to guarantee selection. Treat any such request as fraud.

Don't trust unofficial forwards

Screenshots, WhatsApp forwards, and look-alike websites are common. A real notice is on the official domain. If a link looks off, don't enter your details.

How the “Official Source Verified” badge works

When you see Official Source Verified on a listing, it means we indexed that notice directly from the institution's official website and it met our confidence threshold. The badge is a link signal — it does not mean MediJobs is a government body, and it is not an endorsement. Always do your own check on the official domain.

How to report a suspicious listing

If a listing looks fake, wrong, expired, or exposes private information, report it from its job page — it's anonymous and takes a few seconds. Use the Report incorrect information action on any job and choose Suspected fake / fraud. Our moderation team reviews every report.

Spotted a scam? Report it from the listing — no account needed.Browse jobs
