Eligibility: Graduate degree in Life Sciences or an allied basic-science discipline relevant to biomedical research from a recognized university or institution. Eligible disciplines may include Biology, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Genetics, Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Physiology, Pharmacology, Biotechnology, Immunology, Toxicology, Virology, Nutrition, Entomology, or another relevant life-science discipline. Experience required: Postgraduate qualification in a relevant life-science or biomedical discipline. At least one year of relevant experience in biomedical, laboratory, public-health, clinical, or health-research work. Experience in literature searching, scientific evidence synthesis, data extraction, research documentation, and preparation of technical reports or presentations. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, scientific databases, and reference-management software. Experience in tuberculosis, infectious-disease, or communicable-disease research, including coordination of investigators, expert committees, review meetings, or multicentre projects, will be an advantage. Age limit: up to 30 years as stated in the notice.
Remuneration: Rs. 35,000/- per month. No House Rent Allowance will be paid.. The official notice is authoritative on pay.
