Eligibility: लोक स्वास्थ्य और रोग/बाल स्वास्थ्य/मात्र एवं नवजात स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में सिद्ध दक्षता एवं सफलता रखने वाला प्रेषक, जिसके पास प्रोत्साहन प्रावधि के प्रश्नात् कम 12 वर्ष का अनुभव हो तथा जिसके पास न्यूनतम एमबीबीएस या बीडीएस या समकक्ष डिग्री हो।.
