Experience required: Minimum 15 years professional/Court experience in relevant courts handling cases of Government organizations, educational Institutes, Autonomous Bodies. Registration: Enrollment with Bar Council of India/State Bar Council; Registration with Bar Association of respective courts.
Remuneration: Fee payable governed by schedule of fee approved by Competent Authority as per OM no. F.No.26(1)/2014/Judl, dated 1.10.2015 by Ministry of Law & Justice, Department of Legal Affairs. No retainer fee.. The official notice is authoritative on pay.
